"I haven't had State Farm in well over a year and now you want to know how your doing. When I had SF corporate kept sending me cancelation letters because you said you didn't have "a copy of my driver's license", even after sending it to corporate and going to Theresa (agent) 3 times in person to make you a copy. The letters of cancelation kept coming. So, I left SF and went with USAA. I'll never go back to State Farm. You guys really need to get your S together."
